Giveaway: Northern Virginia Youth Ballet Presents "The Nutcracker"

I cannot believe we're entering Nutcracker season already!! The last year has been somewhat of a blur for me with being sick, and I am really excited to fully enjoy the holiday season with my family!! Bring on the ballet, the ice sculptures, the light shows, I want to do it all and over-exhuast myself!!

We've actually never taken our children to see the Nutcracker live, and I am thinking this is the year.  Staying local so that you don't add an hour of driving and finding parking is always a great idea as far as I'm concerned, and the Northern Virginia Youth Ballet will be presenting their Nutcracker in Manassas!!

Saturday, December 7th at 5pm
Sunday, December 8th at 3pm

  12. As a little girl, my dad used to take me to see the Nutcracker at the nearby university every December. I don't remember the ballet much (I've seen it a few times as an adult, but I don't remember it from my childhood), but I love hearing him tell me about the times we went together.
